- Google bug &!@#$!?????? Here is something that most of you don't know about.
Open google.com
Click the language tools link. Then translate this sentence into spanish.
" Britney's mom is very nice. "
When you have translated it, then convert the spanish sentence back
into english.
What you will see next is strange.
Isn't it ???
Well this is not a bug in google.
Can you explain why it is so ?
Hint : Look for the word.
If the orginal translation would have include the word 'madre' which is another word for mother, this would not happen. But it would still not give you the exact wording originally used. The word mama in some spanish dictionaries does not even appear. YOu get mamar for breast feeding of course.
Actually there is a bug in google, since the word mama is not the same as mamá. mama is breast, mamá is mother or mom.
The problem lies that the google translator mised out the accent
I'd like to think that someone at Google is really into Britney's bod.
Translation is a thing that is quite difficult to get right, so, I guess you just can't be perfect.
I Agree with "The Knowledge Seeker"
The problem lies that the google translator mised out the accent.
mama is not the same as mamá. mama is breast, mamá is mother or mom.
papa is not the same as papá. papa is potato, papá is father or dad.
No es lo mismo huele a traste que a traste huele, jajaja.
Saludos.
Ha! Tried it, made me laugh. Thanks!
Try "French Victories" on 'I'm feeling lucky'
.Timothy
Wonder what it would translate if you were into Kevin Federline?
latin is right -- if you type "French military victories" and then "i'm feeling lucky -- it's quite humorous...
That was cool.
greetings from Poland :)
Thankyou for the tips. I almost always use Google as my search engine so will have to try it out.
have you tried googling " the answer to life the universe and everything"
Douglass adams fans will get the joke
ja, Ja.. In spanish "mama" (Breast)and mama (mother) is the same word, but not the same concept...
Very fun
hehe very good. i used to do this with altavista babelfish years ago. it usually takes a few translations and reverse translations before it gets consistent and i've had some weird sentences come out but nothing as tangible as this
explain this: it works for "mom" as well
Yup... Google got it right. I don't see anything wrong with their translation and have photos to back it up ;-)
I've seen Britney's boobs. They're HOT!!
dude, i knew about this last october 2005. don't pass off old news as new ones...check it out...
